Mae ein rhaglen yn cyfuno gwybodaeth ddamcaniaethol gyda phrofiad ymarferol, gan eich darparu â sgiliau hanfodol ar gyfer taith lwyddiannus mewn Astudiaethau Blynyddoedd Cynnar. O ddeall cerrig milltir datblygiad plant i weithredu arferion addysgol effeithiol, byddwch yn datblygu dealltwriaeth gynhwysfawr o’r maes. P’un a ydych yn ystyried gweithio mewn meithrinfeydd, lleoliadau cyn-ysgol, Dechrau’n Deg, ysgolion neu ganolfannau cymunedol, mae ein rhaglen yn eich paratoi ar gyfer rolau amrywiol lle gallwch gael effaith ystyrlon.

Mae Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru a’r Rhwydwaith Gradd Astudiaethau Plentyndod Cynnar yn cydnabod bod hyn yn hanfodol ar gyfer ymarfer proffesiynol mewn lleoliadau blynyddoedd cynnar. Byddwch yn datblygu’r arbenigedd a’r hyder i feithrin dysgwyr ifanc yn effeithiol drwy astudio modylau arbenigol a lleoliadau ymarferol.

Yn eich blwyddyn gyntaf, byddwch yn gosod y sylfeini ar gyfer eich taith mewn addysg a gofal Blynyddoedd Cynnar. Byddwch yn cymryd rhan mewn trafodaethau grŵp a gweithdai ysgogol sydd wedi’u cynllunio i’ch cyflwyno i gysyniadau hanfodol mewn Astudiaethau Blynyddoedd Cynnar. Byddwch yn dechrau deall yr egwyddorion sylfaenol sy’n sail i ddatblygiad plant ac arferion addysgol mewn darlithoedd sylwgar. Bydd y pwyslais ar ddysgu ymarferol a lleoliadau yn eich darparu â’r sgiliau ymarferol i gymhwyso damcaniaethau i’ch arfer eich hun yn effeithiol, gan osod sylfaen gref ar gyfer eich dyfodol mewn astudiaethau Blynyddoedd Cynnar.

Bydd siaradwyr gwadd ac arbenigwyr yn y maes yn ehangu eich persbectif ar bolisïau a datblygiadau cyfredol o fewn y sector blynyddoedd cynnar. Byddwch yn mireinio eich sgiliau mewn Addysg Plentyndod Cynnar a chryfhau eich gallu i ddadansoddi’n feirniadol a gweithredu arferion gorau mewn Statws Ymarferydd Blynyddoedd Cynnar drwy brosiectau cydweithredol ac aseiniadau ymarferol.

Yn eich blwyddyn olaf, byddwch yn atgyfnerthu eich dysgu a pharatoi i ragori yn eich llwybr dewisol o fewn addysg a gofal Blynyddoedd Cynnar. Bydd trafodaethau a gweithdai yn eich herio i gymhwyso eich gwybodaeth i senarios cymhleth a materion sy’n dod i’r amlwg mewn addysg plentyndod cynnar.
Yn ystod eich cyfnod yn astudio ar y cwrs, bydd cyfleoedd ar gyfer ymweliadau preswyl dewisol yn y DU neu dramor sy’n cynnig dirnadaethau diwylliannol amhrisiadwy ac yn ehangu eich rhwydwaith proffesiynol.
