- Fantastic range of cafes and a friendly staff who are students working part time alongside their lectures. Library is very organised and lots of study spaces including vending machines and computer areas. You can also do group work or there are silent work areas too so caters for everybody. However, accommodation varies depending how much you’re willing to pay. Water pressure is quite bad

- They give talks about finance and are helpful at the student information desk. Accommodation costs again vary depending on which accommodation block you are in. However, they provide financial support if for example lecturers were to go on strike.

- The costs of accommodation are quite high - the closest and most affordable accommodation is just within price range, but a lot of the other accommodation is very fancy and new, thus it is very expensive. Rent in student homes is also very high in the city, and I have had to use financial support to help afford it. My student loan does not cover it all.

- Module content is hefty however really enjoyable. Coursework is easy to do and hand in and feedback is helpful. Lectures are good and are recorded so if you miss them you’ll be able to catch up. However, module structure depends on the lecturer so some are organised and some are not.

- My lecturers are mainly good. They know a lot around their subject and are always happy to help and answer questions during the break. Sometimes they don’t have words on the PowerPoints which makes taking notes a bit challenging. The labs are well equipped and the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable and always let you know what you’re doing wrong. The accommodation which I am in however is not great but it is okay as I’m only living in it for a year. Has a good night life as well with lots of clubs and bars in the town centre as well as a few arcades.
