Leeds Beckett University

The facilties are kept clean and tidy and are easily accessible accross both campus'. The biggest issue is accomodation as most are situated in the city centre however the cheapest is located more then an hours walk from the city campus or a 40 min shuttle bus which runs 7 times a day.

Leeds as a city has a low cost of living compared to other areas of the UK however the accomodation is on the higher end due to most of it being located in the city centre but can become much cheaper after your first year as headingly and burley provide cheaper living but are very competitive areas for students.

Overall the university is good as it has a wide range of facilites as well as support available to help you suceed during your studies. I feel that anyone willing to learn and take advantage of there tutors will suceed greatly here as you are given an oppertunity to explore your field and develop your skills further.

Great Uni for feeling ‘part of’ and a family vibe. Lots of support on site if needed and the staff were generally friendly. The campus was spread out but not too hard to find. I was proud to attend this uni.

Most of the teachers are supportive. Semester 2 seems to be harder than semester 1.
